How can I place my order?

Please email me at [email protected] with your order or inquiry.  You will receive a response within 24 hours max.


What’s your return policy?

Each item is engraved and customized per order, and therefore, all sales are final.


Do you ship your products?

Yes, customer pays shipping and we can ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries, shipping can be quoted on an order to order basis.


Do you offer pickup for your products?

Yes, we offer pick up locations at two convenient locations in Maple & North York.


Do you require a deposit to accept orders?

Full payment is required upon order of individual items.  A design template will be sent to you for review and approval prior to engraving.

For bulk orders, a 30% deposit is required upon ordering.  The remaining 70% balance must be paid once your items are in stock, prior to engraving.


How do you accept payment?

All methods of payment are accepted.  An invoice will be sent via a paypal account, and payment must be received within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.  Payment can also be made via email money transfer to [email protected], password engrave


How long do orders take to process once an order has been placed?

A design template will be shared with you within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Once the template is approved, an invoice will be sent to you.  Once payment is made, engraving will begin.  If the item you order is in stock, it will be ready within 3-4 business days.  If your order is a bulk order, it will be approximately 7-10 business days to engrave your order, assuming the item you have ordered is in stock.
